3 2SD315AI-33在實際中的應用
3.1 應(ying)用實例(li)

輸入保護:通常驅動板通過引線與控制電路相連,因此,應對驅動電路的輸入InputA和InputB給予適當地保護,以便在掉電或輸入信號呈高阻時,輸入端能夠通過電阻Rx1接地。電容Cx1的作用是抑制輸入端出現的短脈沖或有害的尖峰脈沖。該電路會產生大約1μs的信號延遲。

與IGBT接(jie)口:當開(kai)通(tong)(tong)時,驅(qu)動電(dian)流經RG1和二極管DG流向IGBT,即開(kai)通(tong)(tong)電(dian)阻Ron=RG1關(guan)閉(bi)時,由于二極管DG的(de)單向導電(dian)性,門極經RG1和RG2放電(dian)即關(guan)斷電(dian)阻Roff=RG1+RG2。這樣(yang)就使得開(kai)通(tong)(tong)的(de)di/dt、dV/dt和關(guan)斷的(de)dV/dt可以分別(bie)控制,從(cong)而改(gai)善了開(kai)關(guan)過程,減少(shao)了開(kai)關(guan)損耗。
3.2 設計中需要特別注(zhu)意的問題
在任何時候都不能使過(guo)流(liu)檢(jian)測管腳CX直接接到IGBT的集電(dian)(dian)(dian)極,而需(xu)通過(guo)二(er)極管連接。其反向承受的峰值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)應超過(guo)逆變器(qi)直流(liu)側電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的60%,以防止高(gao)壓(ya)串入驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。
在管腳(jiao)Visox和(he)(he)Lsx之間需串接(jie)一個(ge)(ge)電(dian)阻(zu)和(he)(he)發光(guang)二(er)(er)(er)極管以指示(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)道X的(de)工(gong)作狀態,在正(zheng)常情況下,發光(guang)二(er)(er)(er)極管發光(guang),而在發生短路和(he)(he)欠壓(ya)故障時,發光(guang)二(er)(er)(er)極管熄滅。但由于制作工(gong)藝上的(de)原因(yin)(yin),管腳(jiao)Lsx對于干擾極為敏感,因(yin)(yin)此(ci),在設計中若(ruo)要(yao)(yao)指示(shi)(shi)狀態,應把(ba)發光(guang)二(er)(er)(er)極管接(jie)在電(dian)路板上盡(jin)量靠近輸出端的(de)地(di)方(fang),若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)需狀態指示(shi)(shi),則(ze)必須把(ba)管腳(jiao)Lsx和(he)(he)COMx短接(jie)。千萬不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)通(tong)(tong)過很長(chang)的(de)引(yin)線將發光(guang)二(er)(er)(er)極管引(yin)出,或(huo)者將Lsx端懸(xuan)空,否則(ze)會(hui)因(yin)(yin)電(dian)磁(ci)干擾的(de)引(yin)入使整個(ge)(ge)電(dian)路不(bu)(bu)能正(zheng)常工(gong)作。
電容CGEX是(shi)根據高壓(ya)IGBT開通時(shi)(shi)的(de)特殊性來實現開通時(shi)(shi)di/dt、dV/dt的(de)分別控制。選取時(shi)(shi)要反復調試,否則會使驅動輸出信號發生振蕩。
3.3 門極(ji)驅動布線
門(men)極驅動布線(xian)對防止潛在的(de)(de)振蕩、減(jian)(jian)慢門(men)極電壓的(de)(de)上升、減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)噪聲損耗、降低門(men)極電源電壓或減(jian)(jian)少(shao)(shao)門(men)極保護電路的(de)(de)動作(zuo)次數有很大的(de)(de)影響。因此,門(men)極布線(xian)的(de)(de)設計(ji)必須依從以下的(de)(de)原則:
(1)布線(xian)必須將驅動器的輸出級和IGBT之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的寄生電感(gan)減(jian)至(zhi)*低,這相當于把(ba)門極的連(lian)線(xian)和發射極的連(lian)線(xian)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)包圍的環路面(mian)積(ji)減(jian)至(zhi)*低。
(2)必須(xu)正確放置門極驅動板,以防止(zhi)功率電路(lu)和控制電路(lu)之間(jian)的電感耦合。
(3)PCB板(ban)的(de)(de)條(tiao)線之(zhi)間(jian)不(bu)宜太過靠近,否則IGBT的(de)(de)開關會(hui)使其(qi)相互(hu)電位改變(bian),因為過高(gao)的(de)(de)dV/dt會(hui)通過寄生電容耦合(he)噪聲(sheng)。
(4)安裝時,為縮短連線,應把驅動板直接用螺絲擰在IGBT模塊上。

4 結論

(4)內部電(dian)壓隔離使得即(ji)使是多個(ge)驅動模(mo)塊,也可(ke)以共(gong)用一個(ge)驅動電(dian)源,這不但省去了人力和(he)資金,而且電(dian)磁(ci)干擾(rao)程度也大(da)大(da)降低。
(5)過(guo)流保(bao)護能(neng)準確(que)無誤(wu)的動作,且簡單易調。同(tong)(tong)時具(ju)有欠(qian)壓保(bao)護功能(neng),并采取與過(guo)流保(bao)護同(tong)(tong)樣的措施。
